As one leading brand in commercial Air Conditioning & refrigeration Industry, also to expand co***ny production capacity, our new plant is launched in Tongliang District of Chongqing City in 2016, July, covers 60000 sq.m factory area, has 4 production lines for bus air conditioning & 2 production lines for other commercial vehicle air conditioning . Our manufacturing equipment & facilities are on the top level of China vehicle Air Conditioning & refrigeration industry, now our annual production capacity is 50000 units bus air conditioning.
We focus on new technology developing, our R&D center have more than 20 years experience experts on Vehicle Air Conditioning & Refrigeration system. Cooperating with Chongqing Green Energy Institute of Chinese Sciences Academy & Chongqing Technology University, to build the High-tech air conditioning Testing Center. We develop many types of Electric bus air conditioner, and they all get the National Patent.
In order to improve the quality of welding, we use robot hand to weld the copper accurately, avoid the Random and uncontrollable problems by hand-made, advance the copper quality level.
We use the helium to check the leak testing, ensure the reliability of the product seal, greatly improve the product quality and production efficiency. Also we are the only one which plant can do the vibration testing, noise testing, wire testing online in the silent room.
We are cooperating with Yutong, Gold Dragon, Kinglong,Geely, Zhongtong, Higer and others famous Bus Enterprise, our products quality are always praised by customers. We keep developing quality management, get the certificate of ISO9001:2000, ISO/TS1649:2009, make sure the quality is good while customer get them.
